As the address suggests the building was an old coach house and has the wonderful feature of large
arch shaped windows allowing lots of natural light into the rooms.

Incy Wincy’s overlooks the extensive grounds of Bedale Park. We take of advantage of this fabulous facility as often as possible for nature walks and outdoor play. |

There is direct access to the outside play area which has a specialised all weather wet-pore surface and a grassed area. We have a climbing frame and plenty of outdoor toys. |
